As usual the car service and customer service were outstanding. The service was quick, the woman at the front desk was so gracious and friendly. I would never bring my car anywhere else.
I have gone to Lou's for years. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel they recommend repairs that aren't necessary and they are very thorough in explaining the work that needs to be done.
