Great job every time

This was my first visit to Lou's since purchasing our Rav4 from them a few months ago. It was a routine oil change and tire rotation, and I was treated with the utmost courtesy and friendliness by Luigi and Rachel. Online scheduling is a nice option as well.

Your help with Matt's car problems was much appreciated. He feels so confident with your diagnosis, and your respectful advice and consideration. And Matt's service led me to ask you to do the annual inspection of my car. I appreciated your thoroughness in detecting that my air filter needed attention, and that my cost was for the part, and no charge for labor. That was a surprise! The Center is clean and well cared for, and the owners showed great concern for our needs. I know you have a new client in Matt James, and I'm also very interested in your future service. Thank you for your kindness and attention to our needs.

They took my car in right when I got here, and it only took less than a half hour for the oil change. Luckily I did bring my car in because they found that the brake fluid was very dark which could have effected the engine later on. I thought the brake pedal was not right, but I forgot to tell them this. The minute I drove away I noticed an improvement in the pedal. Thank you for such great service!
