I drive all the way from Auburn, NY to have Lou's work on our vehicles and it's worth it. You can always trust Lou and his staff to be honest, to do excellent work, and to make sure that your vehicle is safe and well maintained. The people there are friendly and awesome to work with. The Appointment tab on their website works great too. I'm very happy to bring my vehicles there, and I recommend Lou's car care to all my friends.

Problem with car starting as I was leaving for road trip I was on my way with in an hourTire problem on saturday morning new tires that afternoon Freezing COLD OUTSIDE checked and inflated tires within 15 minutesalways there when I have a problem

service was great as usual. The people at the front desk are a delight to talk with. They are very politte and personable. They make you feel like a special customer.
