I have been a customer at Lou's Care Care for 15 years and every time I have brought my car in I have had a great experience. The staff is caring, honest, and friendly. If I have a question about what the service entails, Lou and his staff take the time to explain everything to me in detail. When talking with the staff, either on the phone or in person, they are courteous and flexible. I have also purchased two used cars from them. I told Lou Jr. what I am looking for and he found it for me at a good price. They completely checked over the car to make sure that it was safe and reliable for my family and I.
