All requested services (oil change and new wiper blades) were expertly handled. As an added bonus, I was given the use of a loaner car while my car was being serviced. the most important issue for me besides the quality of the work and timeliness is honesty..I've always felt that you have been honest and fair..have not felt pressured to either do the work recommended or to only have you do the work...also appreciate the time you take to explain not only what needs to be done but why...thanks..p.s...just referred my daughter to you for work on her car and she was very satisfied
