Last night when I pulled into a friends driveway, he noticed a large piece of plastic hanging down behind the front bumper. # ft long, 6+ inches wide. Spash guard I suppose. It was coming off so we just pulled it off. I did not go over anything yesterday, so this must have been lose for a while. I'm surprised it was not noticed yesterday morn when I had the tires rotated and oil changed. It caused me to remember a few weeks back I had a new tail light installed on the Honda. When my daughter was backing out from the shop, I noticed the light did not work. Seems like whoever installed it did not check to make sure it actually worked. Joanna had to wait another half hour while it was fixed. I'll stop by soon to see if the plastic shield/guard is absolutely necessary. Thanks. John Kenney

Had new Michelins put on my 2007 VW Passat along with an alignment and oil change. Pricing on the high quality tires was very competitive and the other services were performed expertly as well. As an added bonus, I was given a courtesy car so I could go have breakfast while my car was being serviced. Another fine job performed at Lou's Car Care. Thanks for everything!

I can not possibly say enough good things about Lou's and their service. However, this review is to specifically tell you how amazing Rachel is. I don't have a lot of time to make phone calls when I'm at work, so she handled everything for me, from the scheduling to the estimate, all through email. When I was late going to pick up my car, she called to let me know they were closing and waited an extra 20 minutes for me. She is AWESOME! I recommend Lou's to everyone I know and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
