Lou’s Car Care has made it easy for our customers to drop off or pick up their vehicles ANYTIME! For your convenience, our Key Drop and Pick Up Box is located to the right of our main entrance doors. Please follow the sidewalk to the right, and the Drop Box is located on a side door, next to a glass bay door. Simply follow the steps below to use our safe and secure After Hours Drop-Off / Pick-Up Service.
- Drop Your Key Before / After Hours:
- Pull the door down to open.
2. Fill out the provided envelope completely with your contact and vehicle information. Please also include the service scheduled to perform or any concerns you may have with your vehicle.
3. Sign your name on the authorization line.
4. Place your car key(s) in the envelope and secure the top.
5. Drop the envelope in the slot and close the Key Box Door.
6. A member of our Service team will contact you once we retrieve your envelope.
- Pick Up Your Key Before / After Hours:
- Locate the key box number assigned to you (1,2,3,4) by a member of our Service team.
2. Turn the numeric tumblers to the unique, 3- digit combination code (top to bottom) provided by your Service Advisor.
3. Unlock the box by turning the circular knob under the tumblers to the left.
4. Lift the door up using the Key Box number latch to retrieve your key(s).
5. Close the Key Box door and turn the circular knob to the right to lock.
6. Scramble the numeric tumblers to secure the Key Box.
