I had to drop my car off and needed a loner car which Lou’s was happy to provide me with. They all were extremely helpful and eager to help. Unfortunately there was a problem w my loner car which stopped dead in the middle of route 31 with the traffic extremely heavy at the time. The guys from Lou’s car care were there in a matter of minutes with a different car while they dealt with the other one. They were extremely helpful. Very apologetic for the problem it caused and took care of everything I am impressed with their professionalism, their willingness to solve the problem. It is highly irregular to find the level of customer service they provided me with. I will continue to bring my car to them and trust they will deal w any issue w the highest level of competence. They are all an asset to Lou’s and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their car! TY Lou’s !

So while we were driving in the Syracuse area earlier today when I got a warning of low tire pressure on my dash and it was dropping….stopped to check the tire and found some kind of metal in it. After a quick search we found a place to take it. I can not thank Lou's Car Care Center, Inc. enough! We walked through their door at 5 o’clock(they close at 5:30)and Matt at the desk was super friendly and immediately went out to look at my tire “Oh yeah we can fix that, just have a seat.” He had us right back on the road with in 15 minutes. They were awesome! Thank you so much!

Recommended by a family friend and while it’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, I am more than happy to pay the difference for the quality of service Lou’s provides. They are so thorough with their explanations and are always patient with me as someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Friendly, helpful, and great communication every time. I feel very lucky to have finally found a place I can trust!

I will never take my car anywhere else while I’m in the area, shortcuts are not in their vocabulary. Amazing service every time and very honest with their pricing. I need more stars to give!

Finding a place to take your vehicle that has knowledgeable mechanics and integrity is so hard these days. Lou runs a fantastic and ethical business.
