Q: I’ve been in an accident… what should I do?
A: Call us first. Our staff will walk you through the entire process. From communicating with your insurance company and towing your vehicle, to scheduling your repairs and providing you with a car to drive while your vehicle is tied up.
Q: I have a brand new vehicle that has been involved in accident. Can it look like new again?
A: Yes. We employ a state of art process which enables us to accurately match your vehicle’s finish.
Q: Do you provide a loaner vehicle?
A: We have the largest selection of loaner vehicles in the Syracuse area. We will be glad to provide you with one.
Q: How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
A: Vehicle repair time is determined by the complexity of the damages. Lou’s Car Care Center will make the repair in a timely manner without compromising quality standards for the sake of time.
Q: How can I pay for the repairs?
A: We accept insurance checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash.
Q: How do I know when my car will be ready?
A: When you schedule your repair, we will give you a tentative completion date. It is a good idea to check with us 24 hours prior to completion to confirm that we are still on schedule. If we anticipate major changes to the delivery date, we will contact you.
